  I've worked in retail management for 5 years back home in BC and am now currently a student at Bishops university. I went out in a limb to buy a suit last year from them worth $400. In 8 months I wore my suit 4 times and just a couple weeks ago my pants tore completely down the seam. I took my suit back with the receipt of purchase to them and they were useless. Didn't offer me any service or support. They told me that the only option I have is to buy another suit. Yeah right! Retail is about earning customers for life and better yet going the extra mile when needed. Moores Sherbrooke did absolutley nothing but make me feel like I made a terrible decision in the first place. I'll never go back and recommend know in else does either.

  I visited this store about a week ago, and must say that the management is rude and arrogant ! Driving by there, this morning reminded me to write a review to warn others.... The lady working there was great, but the man who was there the other time I came in was quite arrogant and rude. Needless to say we didn't buy anything.
