    Don't order if it's for a surprise! Ruined the surprise by calling me just to ask if they could deliver at a time that was more convenient to them. Called the manager to let her know and suggest to call the person who ordered them in the future and she couldn't have cared less n was very rude. You'd think working with flowers you'd know people like to send them as a surprise but she didn't care

    Ordered multiple times in last 3 years and always was delivered as promised. The flowers looked amazing and the delivery was done in the next 3-4 hours after the phone call.

    We ordered a swag arrangement for our father's burial. It was beautiful but for an arrangement that was delivered Wednesday noon that by Thursday noon there were wilted flowers. Not just our arrangement but 2 others also.

    You would think that the price they charge for these pieces they would stay nice for more than 24hrs.
